TO
WHEREAS it is stated that defendant/witness in the above suit is at present residing
in: it is ordered that a summons returnable on the day
of 19, be forwarded to the Court of for service on the said
defendant/witness with a duplicate of this proceeding.
The court-fee of chargeable in respect to the summons has been realized
in this Court in stamps.
